I started her diet program when I reached my maiden century and that’s when some alarms rang in my brain about letting me know that “something is not right”, this century is not correct. My sister was on boarded with Rupali and I saw the transformation in her and I decided to go to Rupali.
One thing which I liked about Rupali’s program is that she doesn’t start the program by just looking at the weight. She takes the wholostic view looking at your blood report and start the program looking at the parameters which is really on a verge of cursing you in negative manner. Now, looking at blood report and yet keep the nutritions, proteins intake balanced is a challenge. She also takes care that while you are stretched to the limits doing excercise and yoga you are not really drained out and remain fresh and energetic. One classic example of this is, when I started my program my HBA 1C was at its peak around 6.48 and now it is 5.22, and this happened without any medication, unnecessary tablets. I’m still on this journey as my target milestone is little away. I just crossed one milestone of 10Kgs and I’m sure I’ll reach my set milestone soon. But keeping it in motion and staying fit after that as well is something which YOU need to set for yourself.
She also thinks that you are human beings and not ginipigs hence she also promotes enjoying festive seasons as well but also enforces not to cross the limits. I would encourage and recommend Rupali who definitely strives for transformation in YOU.

fiveMy case was not for weight loss. I’m rather under weight, and have been suffering with digestion issues since almost 15 years. I tried every kind of medicine from ayurveda, naturopathy, unani to homeo but none of them gave me the results that I gained from Rupali’s program. Untill I started with her, I was incapable of digesting even plant based protein. I would eat a lot and work out well but wouldnt make any difference to my weight or muscle gain. Rupali’s program was easy to follow. And the workouts she suggested were also light at the beginning. She never rushed me into anything. She was very accomodating with the pace that I wanted to follow. Her diet is easy to follow but very time consuming in preparation since there are many things to be eaten over the day but totally worth it. I have tried a lot of diets in the past that helped me lose weight and inches but I usually gained most of it back, in a few months. If your goal is to lose weight for good, and achieve results through habit and behavior change, then Rupali is the right dietician.
As any good dietician, she will go through the process of understanding your needs and has the ability to listen patiently to your goals. There is no sales pitch and what drew me towards the plan was its simplicity. I have tried a number of complex and ‘strict’ diets in the past which were not sustainable. Rupali has a different approach and what makes it better is that she celebrates your achievement (be it hitting your goal for the week, completing your steps or completing an intense workout session). There is constant motivation and encouragement every day and every week that keeps you focused on your goal.
She will help you set up achievable targets and will give you a plan to achieve personal milestones (for e.g. i want to weigh ‘x’ lbs on my 40th birthday). Rupali is very open to suggestions and will make changes to your diet plan to ensure you stay within your daily calorie intake.
