We will focus on things that naturally balance your blood sugar and lower stress on your body—like healthy fats, good quality proteins, and plenty of colorful veggies. The goal is to feed your body what it needs to produce healthy eggs and keep your hormones happy.

Yes, it truly can. It takes about 3 to 4 months for an egg to mature before it is released. By focusing on your food, sleep, and movement during this time, you are essentially preparing the ground before planting a seed. Think of my coaching as the daily lifestyle support system that works alongside your doctor’s medical plan.

PCOS can feel incredibly frustrating, but your body isn’t broken. While I don’t treat medical conditions, I help you manage them through daily habits. We will look at simple ways to eat that keep your energy steady and stop blood sugar crashes, which is often the missing piece to getting your periods and ovulation back on track naturally.

If you are trying to conceive, exhausting yourself at the gym or doing intense lifestyle challenges can actually stall ovulation by putting your body under too much stress. My fitness plans focus on gentle strength building, mobility, and movement that increases blood flow to your pelvis without draining your battery.

I highly encourage it! Getting pregnant takes two, and sperm health matters just as much as egg health. The great news is that sperm is incredibly responsive to healthy changes. I can easily map out a simple, stress-free nutrition plan for your partner to help improve things on his side too.

Because it takes about 90 to 120 days for your body to mature a new egg, I generally recommend working together for at least 3 months. This gives your body enough time to respond to the new habits, balance your cycles, and actually show real progress.
